Specification, review and supply of FF&E and OS&E.
Working directly with the clients nominated Fit-Out contractor to supply FF&E and OS&E alternatives to achieve their allocated budget. Sourcing and Supply of specified unique finishes as no alternative would be accepted.
Index purchasing power from European suppliers, allowed significant savings to be achieved for specialist materials that they5% could not source from China (where the guestroom fixed furniture is manufactured).

DUSIT Princess
150 key hotel and long-term stay apartments located in the Westlands area of Nairobi. Public areas consist of: Restaurant, Bar lounge, executive lounge, Pool, Gym and owners' offices.
Initially commissioned for FF&E procurement only and as the project developed the owners entrusted us with varying aspects of OS&E and Architectural finishes. Initially considered a relatively small project which developed into a larger scope which hit in the middle of Covid restrictions putting the site-works on hold. logistic challenges were faced but solutions found through our storage provision here in Dubai, until onward shipping could be arranged.
30% Savings with efficient tracking of production via our online system during the Covid 19 pandemic, manufacturing and production was being carried out internationally and tracking was handled online, this meant when the facilities started operating again it was easy to track accordingly.
Novotel Kolwezi
180 key hotel city centre Kinshasa, Public areas consist of: Reception, Meetings & Conference, Restaurant, Bar lounge, Pool & Gym.
Another project which followed a similar procurement route as Kinshasa. Working with the owners own construction & purchasing department, shop drawings and remote direction & instructions were coordinated by our team in Dubai.
Significant savings were achieved sourcing many of the architectural finishes & FF&E had to be sourced from Dubai to allow for travel restrictions at that time.
